Our community amenities speak to the heart of family and responsibility to care for our senior population while being responsible stewards of the environment. We offer safe, fun and modern innovations that allow seniors to adapt to our changing world on their own terms with a familial atmosphere. Our home will boast insulated concrete form (ICF) wall technology, eco-rated certified throughout, and modern entrance features to provide less stress for the seniors to have to use keys to gain access.

Our on-site senior activity center will house a café for dining, an exercise room, private conference rooms, and a small indoor pool for water aerobics or just cooling off. Our café will be flexible to meet any resident's preferences or needs with fresh, delicious chef-prepared meals and snacks throughout the week. There will be a chapel area with services available for their spiritual care.

The center will be staffed to assist the senior residents with weekly activities and accommodate those with any limitations that may pose participation challenges. Park benches will be present throughout the community grounds so residents can sit and rest when taking walks or visiting friends. Additionally, residents will be able to relax and participate in fun, outdoor activities in a covered gathering place with seating that overlooks our tranquil landscaping with a view of a small catch-and-release pond. No two days will look the same at Silver Meadows Estates, where our motto is “Love Where You Live!” Our goal is to create a community where seniors can enjoy the freedom of a worry-free environment while getting to know their neighbors, which is essential to their social well-being.
